Why are we always on time?
I started window cleaning almost 20 years ago now, after a friend asked for some help in his business on a Saturday morning. One Saturday lead to two and before long I had quit my day job and gone to window cleaning fulltime. Soon I started my own W.C. business which I eventually sold after 6 years of operation and happy customers. Now, despite having a “gap” year from it for a couple of years, I decided to circle back and restart a new, rewarding and satisfying business.
“But they are only windows Heath”
Indeed they are, but for the people who own them, they are much more. They provide a view out into the world, they are the icing on the cake for enjoying a home. They are something that must be cleaned and can’t not be cleaned. They are like a haircut. It doesn’t seem important but getting them cleaned is energising and can make someone feel great about themselves. Perhaps it’s on their to do list and they just don’t want the burden.Regardless, each client is unique and has their own reason for getting windows cleaned.
So why are we always on time?
We are on time because that’s what being a professional is.
