We have had lockdowns, rainy summers and wetter winters and a lot of anger online. Life is too short, let’s have some fun! If me in a kilt puts a smile on someone’s face then mission accomplished.
You don’t take your appearance seriously, are you going to take cleaning my windows the same way?
Let me assure you that I take cleaning your windows very seriously. So serious in fact that I guarantee all my work (see below).
How long have you been cleaning windows?
Well over 15 years. Probably closer to 20, but that makes me feel old. Let’s go with 15.
Is it true you always arrive on time?
Yes. Your time is important and we want to make sure you don’t waste any of it – so we will be at your door when we said we would be there. Then you can plan your day the way you want. If for any reason we are running late, we’ll call you to let you know when to expect us. If we are more than 30 min late without a phone call prior, you’ll receive a $50 discount!
How much will it cost to get my windows cleaned?
I wish there was a simple one-size-fits-all answer for that. It will depend on how many windows you have, their size, location and type. We could give you an online quote or over the phone but we might overestimate the cost which wouldn’t be fair to you.
The best option is to have us come out, have a look and give you a free quote. As a guide, prices start at $150.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you aren’t happy, simply get in touch and tell us the reason. We will happily return and reclean any areas that aren’t to your satisfaction at no extra charge and we will give you $50 off your next clean.
What’s included?
Window cleaning, fly screen brushing and cobwebs removed from window frames.
Can you do second storeys or high rises?
We work up to 2 storeys.
Are you insured?
Yes we have public liability insurance up to $5 million.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. We are available to work weekends by appointment
Do I need to book ahead?
The further you book ahead the better. Especially during peak times around Xmas, Easter and Mothers’ Day.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line.
